DELIVERY & COLLECTION TERMS:
1. There is a $100 minimum equipment hire spend to be entitled to our delivery and collection services.
2. All Flexible Deliveries & Collections must be booked 5 business days prior to the event date, if booked within 5 business days the flexible delivery and collection rate will have a 50% surcharge.
3. All deliveries and collections at the designated property and or location are made to and from the ground floor only, within 10m from the delivery vehicle, any stairs, lifts or hard to access places will be the customers responsibility to take/return the hired items beyond the ground floor unless we are notified prior to the delivery and or collection in writing and the appropriate labour is added to your booking.
4. If you require your hired equipment to be set up and or packed down this will be performed at the same time as the delivery/collection so please consider the most appropriate option when booking these services in.
5. Additional charges may apply for deliveries and collections:
- Involving heavy/large items or a large quantity of equipment
- To locations with limited parking, loading dock access or hard to get to places.
- To locations outside of our Delivery and Collection Zone
- To locations involving stairs or elevator access
- Requiring a Site Induction, Job Safety Analysis or a Safe Work Method Statement
FLEXIBLE DELIVERY & COLLECTION
This option is best for customers who are flexible to receive their delivery and/or collection within business hours up to 3 days either side of the event date.
You will NOT be charged any additional hire fees should we nominate to deliver or collect these items before/after the event date.
1. Sound Empire will nominate the days and time frames for these services.
2. You will receive an email notification of the scheduled days and time frames at least 24 hours prior to the delivery with the exact days and time frames to expect us.
3. The scheduled days and time frames can NOT be modified or updated to suit the customers schedule, if no one is able to be present to accept the delivery and or collection we will need to reschedule this under a Day Specific or Time Specific rate.
4. On the scheduled delivery and collection day you will also receive an SMS notification when the driver is around 30 minutes away from your designated delivery/collection address.
DAY SPECIFIC DELIVERY & COLLECTION
This option is best for customers who require their delivery/collection to happen on a specific day of the week (Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays are excluded) due to venue access or constraints which don't allow for our flexible option.
1. Sound Empire will nominate the time frames of the delivery and or collection on the specific day/s chosen between business hours.
2. You will receive an email notification of the scheduled days and time frames at least 24 hours prior to the delivery with the exact time frames to expect us.
3. On the scheduled delivery and or collection day you will also receive an SMS notification when the driver is around 30 minutes away from your designated delivery/collection address.
TIME SPECIFIC DELIVERY & COLLECTION
This option is best for customers who would like to select both the day and time for their delivery and or collection anytime between the hours of 9am-6pm, Monday to Saturday (Sundays & Public Holidays are excluded).
1. Sound Empire will schedule in your selected delivery and or collection days and time frames.
2. You will receive an email confirmation of the scheduled details at least 24 hours prior to our delivery and or collection as a final confirmation of the chosen days and time frames for these services.
3. The driver will be at the designated delivery and or collection address 15-30 minutes prior to the time selected.
4. On the scheduled day you will also receive an SMS notification when the driver is around 30 minutes away from your designated delivery/collection address.
AFTER-HOURS OR EARLY MORNING DELIVERY & COLLECTION
This option is specifically for customers who require delivery and or collection outside of our standard business hours and are not within the 'Time Specific Delivery/Collection' time frames stated above, this option is to be chosen if you require a delivery/collection between the hours of 6pm-9am, Monday to Saturday (Sundays & Public Holidays are excluded).
SUNDAY OR PUBLIC HOLIDAY DELIVERY & COLLECTION
This option is specifically for customers who require delivery and or collection on a Sunday or a Public Holiday due to their event or venue requirements. Booking this option will also allow you to select the exact time you would like the delivery and or collection to occur on the Sunday or Public Holiday of your choice.
